This course is an excellent introduction to the benefits of Qigong. It requires no equipment and no special clothing, just bring an open mind, an open heart and a little curiosity.

The challenge begins with a personal practice but gradually encourages participants to share the experience with colleagues, friends, or community groups, amplifying the positive energy and well-being benefits.

Each day focuses on a specific theme designed to allow you to seamlessly flow into the Qigong practice and mindset.

7 Days of Qigong

  • Day 1

    RESET

Theme: Let go and return to the body.

This session focuses on releasing the tension of the week. Through gentle movement and breathing, you reconnect with your body and calm the nervous system.

The aim is simple: pause, breathe, and reset.

  • Day 2

    REFOCUS

    Theme: Setting intention.

Now that your body is relaxed, the focus shifts to clarity. This session encourages you to set a positive intention for the week ahead and rebalance your energy.

You will now begin the week feeling centred and focused.

    RE-ENERGISE

Theme: Bring energy into the working week.

This session is designed to fit easily into everyday life. It could be done during a break, while waiting for the kettle, or before starting the day.

Gentle movements help increase circulation, awaken the body, and refresh the mind.

  • Day 4

    READY FOR MORE

    Theme: Expanding the practice.

By now, you will have established a consistent routine. This session builds confidence and introduces the idea of sharing the practice with others.

This might mean practising with a colleague, a friend, or a small group.

The focus shifts from individual energy to shared positive energy.

  • Day 5

    REWILD

Theme: Bringing nature into the practice.

This session reconnects you with the natural world. Even indoors, this might mean practising near a plant, opening a window, or visualising natural movement.

The aim is to restore the natural rhythm between body, breath, and environment.

You will revisit the movements and principles you have learned throughout the week.

Practising near a window or with natural light can help reinforce the connection between inner calm and the world outside.
