I'm raising £790 to support children/youth to get back into Nature

I’m aiming to raise £790 to support the TOG Foundation.

The Foundation’s mission is simple: to make the outdoors accessible to everyone, and that starts with children.

In 2023/2024, 31% of children were living in poverty—that’s roughly 9 in every 30 children who may not have the basic kit they need to enjoy the outdoors.

A child not having a coat should never be a barrier to them going outside at break time.

The TOG Foundation was set up by Julia Bradbury and her sister Gina Bradbury Fox to raise funds to provide children with coats and wellies, so they can embrace the outdoors whatever the weather.

I strongly believe in the Foundation’s ethos that everyone who wants to access the outdoors should be able to do so, rain or shine. Nature belongs to everyone.

To support this, I’m running a 7-minute challenge:

7 minutes of Qigong for 7 days.

The challenge begins by bringing the outside in, with movements inspired by nature, and ends by encouraging participants to step back outside and reconnect with nature.

If you haven’t already signed up, you can do so here:

And if you enjoy the challenge, please consider donating to this wonderful cause and helping make nature accessible to all.

You can donate here and every pound will go towards helping underprivileged kids access the great outdoors.
